Each year, the elite soldiers of the 5th Ranger Training Battalion invite the public to experience a rare and exciting glimpse into their world during the Ranger Open House at Camp Merrill.
This free, family-friendly event features thrilling live demonstrations that showcase the discipline, strength, and precision of the U.S. Army Rangers. Visitors can witness hand-to-hand combat techniques, military skydiving jumps, and simulated battle scenarios that highlight the survival skills, mountaineering expertise, and tactical training that define Ranger readiness.
