Welcome to The A-Pecks, Dahlonega’s newest custom-built A-Frame retreat nestled on 3.28 private acres in the heart of North Georgia wine country.

Prepare to be wowed, this isn't your grandpa's hunting cabin! We threw out the blueprint on typical A-Frames to design a space bursting with comfort, style, and wow-factor. You can stargaze or watch sunsets right from the living room thanks to soaring 30-foot ceilings and massive, wall-to-wall windows that flood the home with gorgeous natural light while perfectly framing your peaceful property views.
Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a wine-country weekend with friends, or a small family retreat, The Apex offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two private bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and a cozy daybed with a trundle to comfortably accommodate your group.

Disclosures:
The home is located off a gravel road, four wheel drive is not required, it is drivable in a car but a high clearance vehicle is preferred if you have one.
There is a ring doorbell on the exterior of the entry door and an exterior camera facing the driveway entrance. There is a camera inside the locked utility closet. This is for utility monitoring purposes only and is not accessible to guests.

Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking.
• We offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee pot.
• We provide 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels and linens.
• We have a charcoal grill and do not provide charcoal. Charcoal can be found at most local grocery and convenience stores.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we can make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days before your stay.
• This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.

Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance through Generali Global Assistance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.
