Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.
Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.

- There is one security camera facing the dumpster and one facing the front porch and parking area.
Important things to know:
• Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet. After 7 nights, additional charges will apply for each pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking.
• This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• We offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• We provide 5 starter trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, starter toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens.
• We have firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane blackstone grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $30 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $30 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.

Although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance and damage protection policies through Generali Global Assistance if you are worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason or would like peace of mind regarding accidental damage.
