Staying in the Schoolhouse Cottage is staying in a piece of history. When you walk through the living room and master bedroom you are walking on floors that school children walked on 170 years ago. The photos hanging throughout the cottage are historic images of Dahlonega and North Georgia from an archived collection that you'll doubtfully see anywhere else. To top it off, the cottage is less than two minutes from the main road yet once you are there you are surrounded by wooded land, hills, and privacy.
