This pet-friendly (pet fee applies*) three-bedroom cabin sits just outside of downtown Dahlonega and the University of North Georgia. The amenities do not disappoint—from the game room (ping pong, pool, air hockey, darts, foosball) to the hot tub and fire pit, you won't get bored or need to leave.

This three-story cabin is great for groups that like to spread out. The upstairs loft features a king bed (no bathroom). The main floor also features a bedroom with a king bed, its own TV, and a bathroom off the hallway. The living room on the main floor features a wood burning fireplace and walkout French doors onto the covered porch.

On the lower level you will find a TV room with a 70-inch TV, and a sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee. Sleeping options on this level include a daybed in the common area for additional sleeping (twin with twin trundle), and a master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom.

Hang out in the game room, under the string lights in our six-person hot tub, or roast some s'mores around the firepit.

Parking at the cabin is excellent for the mountains, you can easily fit 4+ cars.

The cabin boasts a six-person hot tub, ping pong table, and direct access to the small lake and pavilion picnic area (shared).

The cabin has a five bed/four bath floor plan on three levels with a master bedroom on the main floor, with only two steps into the house from the parking area. Down the hall is another large bedroom with two bunk beds: a twin-over-twin and a twin-over queen. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed and small crib and has its own bathroom. Downstairs is a second kitchen and two other bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, fireplace, and private office space with a desk.

A large wraparound porch with a grill is off the main floor and downstairs is the six-person hot tub and ping pong table. This French country chateau offers over 8,000 square feet of interior living space, with six suites all overlooking the Chestatee River, each featuring their own luxurious bathrooms, and a half bath on each floor, this waterfront mansion is dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) and in the heart of Dahlonega wine country, right on the Chestatee River.

The private estate features a variety of options for gathering areas, and is perfect for a multitude of special events. There are four separate dining areas (the largest seats 14), multiple living spaces and sitting areas on each floor. The upstairs entertainment area can also be used as a work area/conference room, with folding tables and chairs for use as needed.

This mansion features a well-equipped kitchen, wet bar, eight TVs, a sauna, and a pool table. Outside you can find a huge terrace with several seating areas, a fire pit, and a gas grill, and an expansive balcony above with a great river view.

The first section of the path to the river is quite steep but hiking poles are provided. About 550 feet from the house, you'll find a small cabin near the river with extra chairs, good for changing or storing your gear, as well as a gazebo for a riverside picnic! This cabin is not for sleeping in. It has power but no water or bathroom. It may be difficult to bring your kayaks/canoes down. The Chestatee Shoals location offers great trout fishing. The cabin is in Lumpkin County near Dahlonega, and is less than 20 minutes to Cleveland and 25 minutes to Helen.

This cabin has a very quiet, peaceful setting, and White Dog Farm, which offers horseback riding lessons, is only a quarter mile down the road. Whether you’re here to hike to see one of the many nearby waterfalls or mountain views or just to sit by the fire roasting marshmallows, this is the place for you.

The cabin sits on a seven-acre tract with shared access to a playground and creek. Outside amenities include a six-person hot tub, a large wrap-around porch with a beautiful pavilion, as well as a gas and wood fire pit.

The cabin is very charming, with its rustic exposed beams and hardwood and knotty pine floors. It’s cooled by a ductless wall unit in the living room (which is adequate for the entire cabin) and ceiling fans, and is heated by the ductless unit and the propane fireplace.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and property. The playground and field area are a 325 ft walk through the woods from the cabin and are shared access with the other cabin on the property. The dog pen is private (not shared), and is 20 feet from the cabin. We are available if needed.

The cabin is located in Lumpkin County, near Dahlonega, and is also convenient to Cleveland, Helen, and many popular wineries and wedding venues.

This cabin has a very quiet, peaceful setting, and White Dog Farm, which offers horseback riding lessons, is only a quarter mile down the road. Whether you’re here for a reunion or a retreat or just to sit by the fire roasting marshmallows after a day of hiking, this is the place for you.

We designed this cabin as a retreat away from it all, because we believe in simplicity. We also believe families that play together, stay together. That’s why we provide a volleyball court and horseshoe pit, as well as badminton, wiffle ball, soccer, bocce, ping pong, and board games for those rainy days.

This cabin sleeps up to 16 people. It sits on seven acres with another smaller cabin on the other side of the property, which can be booked for up to six additional guests. The playground and volleyball court are shared access with the other cabin. Guests have access to the entire cabin, and I am available as needed. Welcome to the Etowah River! This luxury river estate is located on a quiet and private stretch of the river. Bring your fishing pole, your tube, or just a good book and sit down by the fire pit on the river's edge.

This river home features three levels of decks overlooking the river, including an outdoor gas fire pit. The main floor consists of an expansive living area and wood-burning fireplace, as well as a bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs is a luxurious master suite with walk-in shower and closet. The lower level features two more bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two full-over-full bunk beds), as well as a large game room with a putting game, pool table, and bar area.

Also, this home is located near the infamous Etowah River Mine tunnel, so there is no limit to the outdoor adventure that awaits you. We do not provide kayaks or tubes, but you are welcome to bring your own and enjoy the river. Please wear life jackets if doing water sports.

The master bedroom (king bed) is on the upper floor, with direct access to the porch. The main floor features a spacious entertaining area and features a gas woodstove.

Downstairs features another living area with a TV, two additional bedrooms (one king bed, one twin-over-full bunk bed with an extra twin mattress underneath).

The mountain views are visible from the front porch, main floor, and two of the three bedrooms. Enjoy the views from the porch while sitting around the gas fireplace (propane provided), or while drinking coffee on the screened porch.

The cabin is located on a quiet easy to access residential street. There is minimal traffic except during the Christmas season when there is a small Christmas tree farm open on the street.
