With breathtaking panoramic mountain views and a location just minutes from wineries and downtown, it’s the perfect getaway.
The retreat includes the luxurious 5-bedroom Manor, offering endless entertainment options, and the modern elegance of the 2-bedroom Overlook (Barndominium). The entire property sleeps 16+ guests and is equipped with an EV charger and smart home technology. The Manor House has been completely renovated, featuring a brand-new kitchen, updated appliances, and remodeled bathrooms. The spacious bedrooms come with king or queen beds, and the recently finished basement is a fun spot with a pool table, shuffle board, arcade games, bar and a unique speak easy lounge. Thoughtful interior design touches ensure a perfect balance of luxury and comfort.
The Overlook, a newly built barndominium, boasts a "dream deck" and a 20-foot folding door that opens to reveal breathtaking mountain views. The newly converted pole barn, known as The Dizzy Donkey, is an old-school honky-tonk-style bar and gathering spot, complete with a refrigerator, ice maker, picnic tables, corn hole, a large sofa for relaxing, bathroom for convenience and even an old tractor!
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the main log house (The Manor), the new barndominium (The Overlook), and the outdoor bar/gathering space (The Dizzy Donkey). Conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Dahlonega, the retreat offers easy access to local restaurants, shopping, and over a dozen nearby wineries. Take a short drive to explore Helen, Amicalola Falls, Iron Mountain, hiking trails, and Lake Zwerner. With two separate gravel driveways, a carport, and ample parking for up to 10 vehicles, you’ll find everything you need, including an EV charger under the carport.
