Tucked away in the back of Caruso's is where they proudly brew their very own variety of ales. Since 2002, owner Reggie Hughey and brewmaster Bob Carlton have been wetting whistles and winning awards in the Georgia area.

In 2004, their Belgian Strong Golden Ale won 3rd Place in the Belgian Styles Category at the Georgia Craft Challenge in Atlanta. Three years later, they won an honorable mention at the Atlanta Cask Ale Tasting at Sweet Water Brewery in Atlanta, but winning awards isn't what drives them to brew the finest ales in town.
