Our First Release!
Join us to experience the unveiling of the first release of Georgia wines produced at our new wine making facility at the vineyard. The wines were fermented in a gravity-fed, stone cellar built into the hillside featuring a barrel room waterfall that maintains optimum humidity for barrel aging.

New Winery!
The winery, built upon the apex of a ridge topping a 1,600 foot elevation, offers the most exquisite mountain view in North Georgia and incomparable vineyard views from its tasting room, which is open daily year-round.

Enjoy a picnic on our breezy covered deck with a glass of Georgia wine and unique deli selections or relax on a cold day in a rustic lodge-setting.

If this is a family outing, take a short walk with the kids to our petting zoo. For certain special events, the kids can enjoy panning for gold and family hay rides.

Our Wines
BlackStock wines will feature blends and varietals, all 100% grown at the site from the classic vinifera species (traditional European varieties) including the Portuguese Touriga, Mourvedre from Spanish origin, Sangiovese of Chianti fame, Viognier from the French Rhone, Merlot & Cabernet from Bordeaux and Burgundy-clone Chardonnay.

David Harris, who established BlackStock Vineyards, has returned to wine making for the first time since 1994. His wine making honors include the first Gold Medals ever awarded for Georgia-grown White vinifera, Red vinifera, and the first ''Best Southeastern Wine'' awarded to a Georgia-grown wine.
