Nicklaus Golf Club @ Achasta
Nicklaus Golf Club is the latest Signature Course designed by renowned architect and golfer Jack Nicklaus. This classic, semi-private course blends harmoniously with its surroundings. The 6957 yard, par 72 course crosses the beautiful Chestatee River five times. The seasoned golfer, as well as the enthusiastic novice will thoroughly enjoy playing this challenging, but fair, and aesthetically pleasing course. Pro shop is open Tuesday - Sunday from 7:30 - 6:00. The grill is open to the public 11:00 - 3:00 for lunch. Please call 866.271.5700 (toll free) to book a time. Gold Creek Golf Course
The Gold Creek Golf Club is a semi-private golf club featuring 27 holes of championship play located 12 miles from Dahlonega and is open for play 7 days a week throughout the year. The course was nominated as the "Best New Golf Course of 1996" by the Golf Digest Magazine.  Directions from Dahlonega. Take Ga. Highway 52W. When 52W turns right after 3.6 miles leave 52W and continue on Ga. Hwy 9 for 8 miles. Turn right on Ga. Hwy. 136 at stop sign and go 1 mile. Turn right into Gold Creek Golf Club.
