This four-hour course is for individuals who need to recertify their NPDES
Level 1A (Blue) card which expires every three years. According to state law,
every three years, a certified individual shall be required to attend and
participate in at least four hours of approved continuing education courses, as
established by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Individuals
can begin taking continuing education courses one year before their
certification expires. Any courses taken prior to the one-year mark will not be
accepted. Note: There will not be an examination required for recertification.
