My name is Rob Jones and I have lived in Lumpkin County
for almost two years. I have been married to my lovely wife Fran for 23 years
and we have five children ranging from ages 13 to 23. Our family is originally
from Texas and moved to Georgia in
2000.
I worked for many years as a police officer and detective. During this period of time, I was able to attend college and earn my degree in
Architectural Engineering and Design.
I was able to successfully blend my law
enforcement career and college education in a unique fashion and subsequently
worked in areas such as arson investigations, structural inspections and
environmental site assessments. I worked for an engineering firm in Texas prior to being
recruited by the Boeing Corporation for whom I worked and lived overseas for
almost five years.
I relocated to Atlanta
in 2000 and started my own business, I consider myself an entrepreneur with a
focus towards business development and real estate consulting.
My interests include hunting, fishing, woodworking,
archeology, history and travel.
