State Farm Insurance

I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia.  I graduated from Heritage High School located in Conyers, Georgia.  Conyers is where I spent most of my teenage years enjoying time on my families’ small farm. After high school I attended Georgia Southern College in Statesboro, Georgia and then transferred to the University of Georgia.  I received my B.S. degree in Psychology

in 1983. Shortly following graduation I began working for State Farm Insurance in Decatur, Georgia as a claim representative handling automobile insurance claims.  In 1995 I was accepted into agency and relocated to Dahlonega to become a State Farm Insurance for Dahlonega, Georgia. 

I am very passionate about animals and women’s causes.  I am the past chair of the NOA board and the past Dahlonega Rotary Club president.  My hobbies include gardening, rolling skating and antiquing.   

My husband John and my sister, Dana’s children Anna, 4 and Ryan, 12 are a very special to me.  They are what keep me going and continue to inspire me.
