Kristy Fairbanks has called Dahlonega, Georgia
home since 2002. She grew up in Hannibal,
Missouri, a town very similar to
Dahlonega in its size and rich history. Kristy received her BSBA in marketing
from University of Missouri–St. Louis and has enjoyed a successful career in
marketing, landing in Dahlonega as the Director of Marketing at RefrigiWear,
the premier manufacturer of insulated clothing. Kristy and her husband, Stephen, a journalist
for The Dahlonega Nugget, live in Lumpkin
County with their three-year-old
daughter Jazz.
